Thermoforming / Vacuum Forming
Shaped plastic parts — from telecom radomes to appliance covers and pallets — formed on machines up to 2.4 m × 2.4 m.

About this process
Thermoforming heats a plastic sheet and forms it over a tool using vacuum. It suits large, thin-walled parts and medium volumes, with lower tooling cost than molding. Our largest capacity is in this process.

- Typical parts
- Telecom radomes, washing-machine rear covers, EPS pallets with HIPS sheet, component trays
Polycarbonate radomes for base station antennas
We manufacture polycarbonate radomes for telecommunications base station antennas. These protective covers can be produced to customer-specific dimensional, design and application requirements, subject to technical review.
